I've a really bad habit when I talk to people. Especially during discussions or opinion-based conversation.
I tend to repeat the same things over and over again till I'm 100% certain that everybody (or sometimes just one person) in the opposite party heard and understood me
The problem is, sometimes it's not that they can't hear me. They just don't respond.
Which doesn't work too well with my habit, because I won't stop unless I'm sure everyone understood what I said.
And when they're finally annoyed with me repeating the same things over and over, they'll go,
"Okay, okay, we know that!" or "I heard you the first time!" or "You don't have to repeat it over and over again!" with real irritating looks on their faces....
........I know that.....I know........I mean...if you don't want me to keep repeating myself, why do you have to keep ignoring my words?.......at least give me some response...I don't care if it's positive or negative...just......just respond........give me a conclusion, instead of another question or another long roll of argument.....I mean...isn't it tiring to keep on whining or arguing about something that you surely know has no ending? Why not just come up with a conclusion and close the case?.....I don't get it......
It's just that, it hurts my feelings too when they snap like that.
If you don't want to listen to others' opinions, then shut them up by letting them know that their opinions are not needed...........I don't mind that....just tell me to shut my pie-hole, because in the end, my opinion doesn't matter.
It's a lot more rude to snap like that then to respond with a negative statement earlier in the conversation.
It's just....I dunno......not nice.
